Right of withdrawal and return:

BUYERS benefit from a legal withdrawal period of 14 calendar days, in accordance with the Consumer Code article 121-20 which provides for a right of repentance, from the day of delivery of their order, the postmark of La Poste authentic, to return the product (in its original packaging, without any visible trace of use accompanied by its invoice and under the same shipping conditions as those used by the store ZOUZOUILLE CREA to the seller Céline PETRONI for exchange or have without penalty, with the exception of return costs which remain the responsibility of the BUYER.

Any return must be reported in advance by mail or email.

The BUYER will provide PETRONI Céline ZOUZOUILLE CREA with proof of the reshipment of his order (colissimo number, maximum letter followed, etc.).

Items returned incomplete, damaged or damaged by the BUYER may be subject to a discount applied by Petroni Céline ZOUZOUILLE CREA.

"Made-to-measure", "personalized" or "purchased during a trade fair or exhibition" items or so-called hygiene items (such as wipes, pee tepees, towels, bibs) are neither returned, nor exchanged, nor reimbursed.

The shipping costs are the responsibility of the BUYER, including for a return of goods (and under the same conditions as when purchasing the goods).

The period for reimbursing the goods is 14 days from the day of receipt. The ZOUZOUILLE CREA store will reimburse you for the corresponding amount using the same means of payment as that used by the BUYER or with his agreement, any other means of payment which does not incur costs.
No complaint will be admissible after a period of 14 days after receipt of the goods.

In the event of an order error, PETRONI Céline ZOUZOUILLE CREA reserves the right to accept the return of the items in question. After a common agreement, the erroneous products must be returned new, unused and in their original packaging (and under the same shipping conditions as those used by the ZOUZOUILLE CREA store. Return and reshipping costs remain the responsibility of from THE BUYER.

In the event of an error by ZOUZOUILLE CREA, the items will be exchanged upon receipt of the return. The return and re-shipment costs will be borne by PETRONI Céline ZOUZOUILLE CREA.

PETRONI Céline ZOUZOUILLE CREA may defer reimbursement until receipt of the product or until the BUYER has provided proof of shipment of the product, the date selected being that of the first of these facts.

The BUYER must, without undue delay and in any event, no later than 14 days after communication of his decision to withdraw, return the product to:

Any incomplete, broken or damaged product will not be exchanged or refunded.

In order for the withdrawal period to be respected, the PURCHASER must send his
communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
